Why would we work these crazy hours?

Although we specialize in late-night emergencies, we wanted to make sure that we can help the community to the fullest extent. Because we are trying to save you several Hundred dollars. Most Quick Cares close at 8pm, after that the only option you have is the Emergency room. Just walking into the ER can cost you a facility fee of over $900 dollars. So right off the bat, we saved you $900.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We do not accept walk-ins, but if you come in we will schedule you for our nearest appointment. Please call the office to set up all appointments

If I come in late for my appointment will I be seen?

If you are 10-15 minutes late to your appointment we will have to reschedule you.

What is the missed appointment policy?

For new patients there is a missed fee of $50 that you must pay in order to reschedule. If you are a current patient the fee is $25. We ask that you give us a 24 hour notice if you are not going to make your appointment.

Can I make payments at your office?

Payment is expected at the time of service. If there is a balance remaining after insurance has paid you will be sent a statement, with a 30-day window in which to pay.

Will you accept my insurance?

We are in network with most major insurance companies. Please call if you have further questions.

What can Sam treat as a Nurse Practitioner?

He can treat most regular family medical conditions. If he feels you will best be treated by a specialist, he will refer you.

What is considered a medical visit?

Anything not solved with a simple chiropractic adjustment and therapies. When you make an appointment please let the front desk know if it is a medical or chiropractic appointment.

Can I get a refill of my prescription over the phone?

If you need a medication refill, call your pharmacy first and they will send a request to us. If a visit is required we will give you a call.
